Think about establishing a 30min movement session with a fixed date in which you have time for your own training, for your movement and development.
Session 3: What you can do at home
Once – Guards
Meet with other course participant(s) on the HEMATICS discord channel (https://discord.gg/VhrME35) and repeat the guards: One person is giving the names, the other(s) are taking the position. Switch after several minutes.
Once – Basic Flow
Move through guards and perform 4 cuts and 1 stab into longpoint, fluent and free. Think less and feel more. 3 Songs: 1 slow, 1 fast, 1 slow.
Repeat homework exercises from Session 1 & 2 if you want to.
I suggest you do one mobilize and breath session and one footwork training.
Session 2: What you can do at home
Once – Footwork
Train along with one of the HEMATICS Footwork Workouts (see videos above)
Free footwork (translation, rotation, horizontal, vertical) with 3 songs (1st and 3rd slow, 2nd a little bit faster)
Repeat homework exercises from Session 1 if you want to.
I suggest you do one mobilize and breathe session.
Session 1: What you can do at home
Every day – Breathing & Stance
Once per day in a situation that you are in quite regularly, Breathe consciously and check your state of mind. Look for the positive. Check for your alignment and body awareness. Do it. Be the person you always wanted to be.
Once – Mobilize and Breathe.
10 to 20 Minutes. Find the flow and move. Think less and feel more.
Suggestion: Next Wednesday in the morning before breakfast. Latest before online class starts.
