Protecting your personal data is a matter of priority for us. Therefore, we exclusively process your data based on legal regulations (GDPR, Austrian TKG 2003). Within this statement, we inform you on the most important aspects of how data are processed within the context of our website.
CONTACING US
When you contact us via website or e-mail, the data you provide will be saved by us for a duration of six months in order to process the request and in case of followup questions. We do not pass on these data without your consent.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device via the browser. These do not cause any harm. WEB ANALYTICS
We use the open source software tool Matomo, which was set up on a virtual server in the computer centre of Droptop GmbH (Am Grashorn 8, 14548 Schwielowsee OT Geltow, Germany). This guarantees that no personal data are passed on to third parties and that the data remain under our control. Matomo uses cookies. With these cookies, we can count visits to the website. These text files are saved on your device and make it possible for us to analyse the usage of our website. The last two characters of your IP address are masked, so we have no technical possiblity to specifically identify you as a user. These analytics are understood to be a part of the web service we provide, as it allows us to further improve the website and better adapt it towards the needs of our users. The cookie popup that appears when you first visit our site provides you with the choice of whether an analytics cookie may be stored in your browser to allow us to collect and analyse statistical data.
NEWSLETTER
You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. In order to send it to you, we need your e-mail address as well as a statement that you consent to receiving the newsletter. As soon as you have signed up for the newsletter, we send you a confirmation e-mail with a confirmation link for your registration.
Your newsletter subscription can be cancelled anytime. Send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: admin@hematics.net. We will at once proceed to delete the data concerned in the distribution of future newsletters.
